Mickie Kelly and his wife Rendi started NorthRidge Fellowship in 2002. After completing the churches first building project in 2004 he and Rendi moved their family to Utah where they started their second church plant in Spanish Fork called Crossings Church.
Mickie and his family have been church planters for 10 years and have finally returned to NRF to pastor and put down roots. They have two children Weston and Jessi. Mickie enjoys weightlifting, cooking and building anything out of wood and steel as well as trying to play guitar, emphasis on trying.
Mickie believes the church is a family of believers united in Christ for the sole purpose of doing life together for the glory of God.

After graduation, J.T. and Megan moved to Midland, TX where J.T. served as a youth pastor. In November 2017 their daughter Bexlie was born. In February 2019, J.T. and Megan began to sense the Lord leading them to the Northwest. Doors quickly and unmistakably opened that led them here to NorthRidge Fellowship.
